  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

    • International orders: 10–15 business days (may vary depending on customs and local courier services)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, festivals, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight/size.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.
